| The National Survey Report on Employment of College Graduates in 2020 points out that there is still space for improvement in the human-job matching situation of college graduates in China, and after education matching and professional matching, interest matching and ability matching have become employment concerns. In academic research, this kind of matching integrating profession, ability, personality and interest is called human-job matching.Scholars have researched the problem of humanjob matching from the fields of education, management, sociology and economics, but the systematic analysis of the influencing factors of human-job matching of university graduates is still rare and the influencing mechanism is still not clear.Based on the viewpoint of "three-dimensional capital",this study explores the important factors affecting the human-job matching of university graduates in Shanxi Province, and puts forward targeted measures and suggestions from the perspectives of the government, higher education institutions and individuals, aiming to enhance the human-job matching situation of university graduates and contribute to the achievement of highquality employment. This paper takes some undergraduates of normal colleges and universities in Shanxi Province as the research object, and composes and analyzes the related to human capital, social capital, psychological capital and job-matching through literature analysis method.Based on human capital theory, social capital theory and psychological capital theory, this paper innovatively proposes the influence mechanism model of this paper. The model is used to analyze the influence of students’ own "threedimensional capital" on job matching.A total of 364 valid data samples were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. On the basis of the reliability and validity of the returned questionnaires, statistical analysis was used to analyze the correlation and regression between the independent variables of human capital, social capital and psychological capital and the dependent variable of job matching to verify the hypotheses put forward in this paper. Finally, the findings of this paper were:(1)the knowledge level and comprehensive capability of human capital have a obviously positive impact on the job matching of university graduates;(2)the family social capital of social capital does not have a obviously impact on the job matching of university graduates, while the school social capital has a obviously positive impact on the job matching of university graduates;(3)the self-confidence,optimism,hope and tenacity of psychological capital have a significantly positive impact on the job matching of university graduates.(3)Confidence,optimism,hope and resilience of psychological capital all have obviously positive effects on the job matching of university graduates.Based on the findings of the study, this paper discusses the counter-measures and suggestions to promote the career matching of university graduates at three levels: the government, higher education institutions and individuals. The government should create a better employment environment and improve the career planning education system to provide policy protection for the career development and employment of university graduates;higher education institutions should carry out career guidance work oriented by personal development, and carry out employment guidance work guided by social needs;individuals should optimize the structure of human capital, accumulate social capital, and consolidate psychological capital to lay a solid foundation for employment. |
