Research On The Personal Security Of Primary And Secondary School Teachers From The Perspective Of Teacher-student Conflict

In recent years,teachers’ personal safety incidents caused by the conflict between teachers and teachers have occurred from time to time,which has aroused wide concern from all walks of life,but the personal safety of teachers behind the incident sits behind the teachers’ personal safety has not yet attracted great attention.Based on the perspective of teacher-student conflict,this paper focuses on the construction of teachers’ personal safety and security path and puts forward some suggestions.This paper first wrote the research origin,theoretical basis,research significance,the relationship between teachers and students,teacher-student conflict and personal safety has been defined and combed at home and abroad with the conflict between teachers and students,the legal protection of teachers and students’ rights and interests and the right to discipline related literature;The literature law is mainly based,the media content analysis method,the case analysis method and the interview method as the auxiliary research.In order to understand the current situation of the personal safety of teachers in primary and secondary schools,first of all,this paper through the well-known domestic media to organize 80 primary and secondary school teachers personal safety cases,and then use media content analysis to 80 cases to do statistical analysis,according to statistics,teachers and teachers conflict caused by the proportion of personal safety incidents 55%,of which students under 12 years of age accounted for 9%,students aged 13 to 15 accounted for 68%,students aged 16 to 18 years old accounted for 16% of students over 18 years old;The proportion of teachers’ personal safety incidents caused by the conflict between parents and teachers is 42.5%,and the proportion of teacherpersonal safety incidents caused by the conflict between the community and teachers is 2.5%.Finally,the case analysis method analyzes the details of the typical case of teacher’s personal safety and combines the key people in the interview event to understand their attitude and opinion,the final purpose is to study the current situation of teacher’s personal safety.The study found that the current situation of teachers’ personal safety is not optimistic,and the personal safety of teachers is frequent,but it is difficult for teachers’ personal safety to be fully guaranteed from the legal level,school level and social level.The occurrence of personal safety of primary and secondary school teachers is not the result of individual single behavior,but the effect of the superimposed external causes and internal causes,which mainly include the legal level,the school level and the social level,and the internal causes mainly include the teacher sand and the students.From the legal point of view,the relevant laws to protect teachers’ personal safety are not perfect,and there is a factual difficulty in dealing with the legal aspects of students harming teachers’ personal safety.From the school level,the school in the coordination of teacher-student conflict and deal with teachers’ personal safety incidents in the lack of ability.From the social level,the society’s understanding of the relationship between teachers and students is biased,and it does not fully form a good social atmosphere of respect for teachers and teachers.From the teacher’s point of view,the contradiction between teachers and students’ educational consensus,the contradiction between teacher’s authority and students’ self-identification,and the lack of teacher’s awareness of prevention may lead to the personal safety of teachers.From the student’s point of view,the student is in the rebellious stage of adolescence.Adolescent students are more likely to clash with teachers because of the particularity of this stage itself,which leads to the personal safety of teachers.In order to properly solve the problem of personal safety of primary and secondary school teachers,this paper studies the current problems of teachers’ personal safety security from the legal level,school level,social level,teacher sand altogether and students,and puts forward relevant suggestions: First,we should focus on ensuring teachers’ personal safety by establishing and perfecting the relevant legal system.Second,the school should improve the quality of internal governance,improve the school’s ability to handle related events,standardize the school governance system,and effectively pre-control the occurrence of personal safety of teachers.Third,the society should respect teachers to re-educate,create a good public opinion environment,understand the laws of school education and teaching,respect the professional status of teachers and professional rights.Fourth,to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,to ease the conflict between teachers and students,thereby reducing the occurrence of personal safety of teachers.
