| Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important interpersonal relationship in school education.The state of teacher-student interaction directly affects the physical and mental development of teachers and students and the quality of school education.The interaction between teachers and students has a harmonious and consistent side,as well as differences and conflicts.Under the social background of informationization,networking,and diversification of values,the relationship between teachers and students has undergone unprecedented changes.The traditional concept of“dignity of teachers and Taoism” has been challenged,and the phenomenon of conflicts between teachers and students in primary and secondary schools is widespread.Most sociologists believe that conflicts are universal and cannot be completely avoided.Therefore,we must correctly treat the phenomenon of teacher-student conflicts in primary and secondary schools.The study of the conflict between teachers and students in primary and secondary schools is not to eliminate conflicts,but to turn vicious conflicts into benign conflicts,to control the level of conflicts within the scope of general conflicts,and to reduce the occurrence of confrontational conflicts between teachers and students.This is the purpose of this study.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures on teacher-student conflicts,this paper combines the typical cases of teacher-student conflicts in primary and secondary schools reported in recent years,and analyzes the causes of conflicts between teachers and students in primary and middle schools in China through case analysis and targetedly proposes countermeasures and suggestions for resolving the conflict between teachers and students in primary and secondary schools.The study finds that the causes of conflicts between teachers and students in primary and secondary schools are mainly manifested in the following five aspects:First,family factors,family relations are not harmonious;parents are not properly educated;parents are not properly involved;parents’ expectations are too high,and students are under too much pressure.Second,the school factor,the evaluation system for teachers and students is unreasonable;school management lacks humanity;it does not pay enough attention to students’ mental health education.The third is the social factors,the impact of bad social atmosphere;the impact of bad network environment;the adverse effects of low-quality peers.The fourth is the teacher factor,the teacher’s professional authority is weak;the teacher’s own quality is not high;lack the concernfor students,lack the communication between teachers and students;lack teaching wit and art;psychological pressure is too large and his emotions are out of control.The fifth is the student factor,The adolescent students have a strong rebellious attitude;the legal consciousness is weak.According to the reasons of the conflict between teachers and students in primary and middle schools,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for solving the conflict between teachers and students in primary and middle schools,including the following five aspects: First,the family,optimize the family environment,and create a warm and harmonious family atmosphere;adopt democratic family education methods;improve their own quality and improve their educational ability;change their concepts and position their expectations in a reasonable range.Second,the school,deepen the reform of education curriculum,conduct multi-evaluation of students;strengthen the construction of campus culture to meet the diverse interests and needs of students;pay attention to students’ psychological problems,strengthen psychological counseling for students;provide a rational venting dissatisfaction for teachers and students "safety valve";promote cooperation between home and school,form a joint effort in education.Third,on the social front,the government has strengthened network supervision and optimized the network environment;it has created a good environment for respecting teachers and teaching.Fourth,teachers,change the concept of authority,build a new type of teacher-student relationship of democracy,equality and harmony;strengthen professional ethics construction,improve teachers’ moral cultivation;care for students,strengthen emotional communication and communication with students;skillfully use educational wit;comprehensively apply conflict management strategies.Fifth,students,improve their emotional management skills;strengthen legal education. |
