A Study Of Reutilization Of Intelligence Resource On College Retired Teachers

The 21st century, the population aging is China faces a severe challenges. Development of intellectual resources ageing population, China is facing a very meaningful aging of the subject. College retired teacher is a highly educated, high quality, high contribution group, is national scientific and technological progress, education development participants, devotees of intellectual resources society, is the most important part. Retired teachers in colleges and universities of intellectual resources, and make full use of their strong reusing the professional knowledge and rich experience, make its participation in the national economic construction, again can not only make old people meet psychological needs, realize self-worth, still can put part of the older consumer population into production population, reduce social welfare spending, increase endowment insurance, thus reduce accumulation state financial burden.First, a retired teacher and overseas relevant universities for the development and utilization of literature are reviewed and the evaluation. Secondly, the author adopts questionnaire research and interviews of the combining research methods of changchun university of technology, the 100 over 55 retired teacher of questionnaires and recover the 87 valid questionnaires were analyzed. Meanwhile, seven have to participate in social changchun university of technology in-depth case retired teacher to interviews and summarizes the depth interview contents. According to the changchun industrial university retired teacher questionnaire and depth interview two survey analysis, common discusses the changchun industrial university college retired teacher intelligence and the basic situation of recycling situation in Chinese universities, it is concluded that the retired teacher intelligence main problems of recycling. Then introduced the university retired teacher intelligence resource reuse of necessity and feasibility. Finally, in this study are put forward on the basis of how to better promote retired teacher intelligence resources in Chinese universities for fully recycle strategy, development and utilization of university retired teacher intelligence resources provides reference basis for real, so as to better cope with the population aging in our country and promote the development of the cause of aging.
