The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of University Students' Innovative Undertaking Policies

In recent years, university students' innovative undertaking problems attracted more and more social concerns, at all levels of government departments issued a series of policies to encourage and support entrepreneurial students. However, the current students was mainly subsistence-based entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial skills of university students is poor, financial support is not very enough, the market environment is not very perfect, the success rate of entrepreneurship students is not very high.Aiming at these problems, through the Survey on Changsha City students, this paper found that main reasons are the following areas:the misunderstanding of society and the immaturity of entrepreneurial opportunities, the lack of service policies of students'entrepreneurial support system, the faultiness of entrepreneurial mechanism and culture.On this basis, several suggestions on consummating the university students'entrepreneurial policy were put forward: College students bearing the increasing employment and the historical mission of social stability, the relevant departments should build policy supporting system and business mechanism for entrepreneurs, enhance government supporting, improve the public service system for students'own businesses gradually, develop practical policies and service platform to encourage entrepreneurship, complete chain of college students venture capital system, establish the venture capital support system, Strengthen entrepreneurship education, enhance the optimization of the environment, make efforts to improve college students all aspects of business success. These findings have important reference value to the current students'entrepreneurship policies.
