With further reform of the new curriculum, professional development forteachers also received unprecedented attention. Emergence of learning community,the formation of cooperative research organization, effectively changing the pastissues of teaching activities, the motions, the real focus of teaching fell to "research"on the word. The development of information technology, acceleration of turnover ofnew and old knowledge, highlighting the weakness of personal knowledge, thisrequires different individuals are organized in a novel way, refactoring, the collectivestrength, collective wisdom.Knowledge-sharing-type teaching and it is in this context that focusing theteaching effort to "knowledge sharing" on the organization of personal knowledge,formation of collective knowledge, team building in knowledge, sharing knowledge,innovation and knowledge. This from teaching of status to on knowledge shared ofwishes, and needs, and role, and environment, aspects be analysis, from "mathematicsknowledge of rendering way", and "students learning of rendering way" and "teachersand students of taught and learn way" in the for internal construction, found miningknowledge, and be integration accumulation; from "formed to knowledge shared forhappy of good of culture atmosphere", and "construction conducive to knowledgeshared of smooth of exchange platform", and "constantly perfect knowledge sharedtype teaching of management mechanism" and " efforts to strengthen externalknowledge-sharing-type teaching and protection "and other aspects of externalknowledge-sharing-type teaching and building targeted building knowledge-sharing-type teaching and specific policies were made.This research hope group within teachers, and school managers, to awareness totraditional teaching exists of disadvantages, to full to knowledge management andknowledge shared of theory for guide, through on construction knowledge shared typeteaching of policy research, make teaching became a real sense of teaching researchorganization, to improve teachers individual of professional level, upgrade teacherspersonal of research capacity, to promotion whole team of integrated strength.
