The Research On Training The College Students' Environmental Protection Quality

Since the 20th century, rapid population growth and rapid economic development, while bring the material wealth to the humanity, but also greatly affect the natural environment for human survival. Environmental problem gradually become a major issue which restrict human survival and development. Facing the worsening natural environment, people are finally realized that it is due to the arbitrary destruction of humanity. Therefore many countries strengthen environmental education, increase people's awareness of environmental protection and polity of environmental protection to improve the ecological environment and promote economic and social comprehensively, coordinated and sustainable development.In China, a place where higher education is being popular, it's unchangeable that people graduate from college would be in the lead in future. So if we want to change the status that the environment gets worse and realize the target of economic and social sustainable development, it would be necessary to improve the environmental polity of the college students.Firstly,this paper analyzes the necessity of training college students'environmental protection quality. Then this paper investigates college students'present environmental protection quality through questionnaire and clarify the current problems of the college students'environmental protection quality. Finally this paper put forward the basic strategies of training the college students'environmental protection quality.There are three main parts of this paper. The first part deals with the value of the times in environment education of college students, from five areas to reveals the importance of strengthen the training college students'environmental protection quality.The second part is the investigation of college students' environmental protection quality and the analysis of issue. The survey shows that our students have higher environmental awareness, they have smaller environmental knowledge and their environmental protection emotions still occupy the shallow level. The survey also shows that they still unformed good behaviors and habits and their environmental practical skills are less. Aiming at the college students'present environmental protection quality, this part analyzes the reasons from three aspects: the bad influences of the home education, the problems in the college education, the adverse factors of the social environment.In the third part of the paper, the author introduces the countermeasures of training college students'environmental protection quality as follows: to observe the reasonable and right pedagogical principles; to continuously enrich the details of the environment education; to develop the channel of the environment education. Cooperate among the family, college and society to improve college students'environmental protection quality.
