Environmental protection education is one of the basic measures to improve the ideological,it helps to improve people's scientific and cultural quality and achieve sustainable development.Biology in Junior high school is a subject in which students acquire scientific methods and knowledge.Among them,the environmental protection education is an important aspect,permeating environmental protection education in biology teaching plays a positive role in guiding the whole society to raise the awareness of environmental protection.At present,People pay less attention to the environmental education in junior high school.Therefore,based on theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey and educational statistics,this paper studies and puts forward the importance of strengthening environmental education in junior high school biology teaching and promoting students' awareness of environmental protection.This paper develops the teaching experiment for the students in grade 7 of Xin'guang Junior High School in Rudong Nantong,adopting the method of combining theory with practice,using the Su version of junior middle school biology textbook.The purpose of this paper is to find ways to enhance students' awareness of environmental protection in biology teaching.At first,I focused on the correspondence between biology textbook and students' environmental protection education.To clarify ideas for the design of junior high school biological environment education program,I analyze from aspects of teaching material content.Secondly,I designed research program and implement,and pointed out the research tools used by the Institute to study the implementation process of sample selection,questionnaire survey and experimental research,and I also explored the ways to enhance students' awareness of environmental protection by conducting experiments.Thirdly,I collected and analyzed the experimental data.Through the teachers' questionnaire,I can get the current situation of environmental protection consciousness education in biology teaching in junior high school.Through comparing and analyzing the results of pre-test and post-test of the students' questionnaire,I got this: The environmental knowledge,environmentalattitude and environmental behavior are all important factors.Finally,I concluded the evaluation of the effect of environmental protection awareness education teaching.The results of the study showed that,Using of various teaching methods in biology teaching helps to enhance students' awareness of environmental protection.In the course of experimental teaching,although the experimental class has adopted autonomous inquiry,cooperative learning and other teaching methods as the same as the control class,but,there are great differences in the design and arrangement of teaching contents and activities.In the experimental class,I paid more attention to the infiltration of students' awareness of environmental protection,with practical activities to enhance the students' personal experience and perception,and with the extension after class to guide students to grasp the basic methods of environmental protection.In the end,I compared the scores of the students' questionnaire and the test scores of the biological test.The results showed that the scores of environmental knowledge dimension,environmental attitude dimension,and environmental behavior dimension all increased,and there were significant differences.The results showed that the students in the experimental class have improved their environmental knowledge,attitude and behavior to a certain extent.The test results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in biological test scores before the experiment,but there was a significant difference in the test scores between the two classes after the experiment.Based on the statistics and comparison of questionnaires and test data,it shows that teaching strategies based on environmental awareness not only help to change students' attitudes and behaviors towards environmental protection,but also help promote students' biological learning.Therefore,in junior middle school biology teaching,we should enhance students' awareness of environmental protection.we should combine students' environmental knowledge and life with textbooks to guide students to establish a positive attitude towards environmental protection,and eventually turn environmental consciousness into the behaviors of environmental protection.
