Research On The Cultivation Of Environmental Protection Rule Of Law Among College Students

With the development of industrialization, the environmental problem has become a problem that restricts the sustainable development of industrialization,human beings are facing more and more serious environmental pollution and resources. And to achieve sustainable development strategy, the first to solve the problem is to protect the environment.The eighteen major reports of the party put forward the strategic objective of strengthening the construction of ecological civilization, and show that the ecological environment protection and construction of civilization.Environmental protection as an important part of ecological civilization construction, the fundamental guarantee to rely on the strength of the rule of law as the environmental protection, environmental protection smoothly remove obstacles; at the same time, actively participate in the needs of college students, college students will be the force of ecological construction, environmental protection is the effective implementation, therefore, college students the environmental awareness of the rule of law and the construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection are closely linked. College Students' awareness of environmental protection, the construction of ecological civilization has a positive role in promoting college students to establish environmental awareness, is conducive to actively participate in the practice of environmental protection, promote environmental protection and governance issues, will promote the sustainable development of economic society, but also for people's lives to create a clean, comfortable environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the cultivation of College Students' awareness of environmental protection law.In this paper, through the rules of the University issued a survey, the practice of investigation and literature research, the theory and practice of the method, the cultivation of college students environmental protection law. The research contentsare mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the status quo of College Students' awareness of environmental protection law. Firstly, a brief discussion is made on the basic situation and characteristics of the object, and then the four dimensions of the students' understanding of environmental law, environmental protection,environmental protection, environmental protection, environmental protection, and environmental protection. The second part is the problem of college students environmental awareness of the rule of law. The main problems of environmental protection and legal awareness of environmental protection law system is not comprehensive, environmental protection, legal knowledge, environmental protection,legal system, and the lack of environmental protection law. The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the low level of environmental awareness of college students, mainly from four aspects: the students themselves, family education, school education and social influence. The fourth part is to guide college students to enhance the environmental protection of the rule of law and the countermeasures. The main measures include four aspects, such as improving college students' environmental protection law, strengthening the education of environmental protection in Colleges and universities, guiding the social environment protection and optimizing the family environment protection education.
