Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Environmental Protection Management Of Outdoor Running Events From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy and the pursuit of healthy lifestyle by the public,mass sports events have developed vigorously,and the participation of the public has continued to rise.Outdoor running events have become an important way for the public to pursue a healthy lifestyle because of the low threshold of participation,coexistence of competition and challenge,rapid health outcomes and strong social interaction.Consequently,the environmental protection problems caused by the blowout development of the events are becoming increasingly prominent,and outdoor races have become an important aspect of environmental protection issues for all parties concerned.The importance of environmental protection management of domestic events is self-evident.Based on the demand of sustainable development of domestic mass sports events,how to achieve the synchronization of rapid development and healthy and effective development has become extremely necessary.By using the methods of documentation,expert interview and questionnaire,this paper analyses the background environment of environmental protection management,the necessity of environmental protection management,the current situation of environmental protection management at home and abroad,and the existing problems of environmental protection management at the present stage of domestic outdoor race events from the perspective of stakeholders,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The following conclusions are drawn from the corresponding countermeasures:Firstly,the development of outdoor road races is in the ascendant in China.With the deepening of the "Healthy China Strategy",the mass sports events represented by outdoor road races will usher in a rational and mature stage of development.The environmental protection problems arising in this process will become increasinglyprominent,and will gradually be recognized by the stakeholders of the events and actively seek changes.This is also the environmental protection management of the events.And the necessary conditions for its application.Secondly,the leading role of the government is particularly crucial in the mature experience of environmental management of foreign competitions.NGOs play a more prominent role and have diversified forms,which can provide inspiration for environmental management in China.In contrast,the part of government legislation in environmental protection management of domestic competitions is the most lagging.For the development environment of domestic competitions,the government first establishes policy legislation,in order to form an effective implementation of environmental protection management among various stakeholders.Thirdly,from the current situation of environmental protection management at home and abroad,focusing on the environmental protection management of outdoor races in China,there are still some problems,such as the lack of government policy and legislation,the lack or inadequacy of the content of the event organization,the limited supervision of all sectors of society,the weak awareness of environmental protection of the public and the inability of environmental protection actions to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice,and the limited technical means of environmental protection,which will be my future.The environmental protection management of outdoor race in China needs to be solved.
