Because of the lack of necessary sports, more and more young people in sub-health state. Especially, among college students in this group have particularly the health problems. The reaction of health indicators is heart and lung function, but also a downward trend. According to "National Student Fitness Test standard" test data results and found that students mainly reflects the level of cardiopulmonary endurance (especially the speed endurance) is decreasing. Physiological characteristics of female college students under its influence, it is necessary to improve their cardiovascular system. Aerobics as an aerobic exercise, with appropriate music, in a simple, light and movement sought after by people. And its less demanding environment for the sport, easy to carry. Therefore, the Aerobics valuable function of heart and lung of female university students as a research subject.PATIENTS AND METHODS: 40 female college students as subjects (healthy, voluntary Aerobics). Using color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus Y6000, electronic blood pressure monitors, True One 2400 Metabolic Measurement System and exercise treadmill test began forty female college students Aerobics cardio-pulmonary function before and after exercise of the indicators, and statistical test. The results showed that after three months of aerobics exercise workout Forty women participated in the University of the average resting heart rate, maximum heart rate, cardiac index, before the experiment compared with the significant differences (p values <0.05), and diastolic blood pressure, stroke, cardiac output, output per distraction before the experiment compared with the very significant differences (p values <0.01). The average vital capacity, maximum oxygen uptake and its relative value compared to other data than those before the experiment significant differences (p values <0.05). Adopted by the Institute to the conclusion that the three-month exercise, the data show the movement for women Aerobics exercise physiological characteristics of college students, and improve the physical quality of female college students have a positive effect. Body composition of female college students have a significant impact in reducing the amount of fat, build muscle weight results are obvious. At the same time, the data show that in improving cardiopulmonary function Aerobics have the desired effect, the conclusions drawn in this study to improve heart and lung function for the fitness needs to provide a reference.
