The experiment divided64female college students into experimental group andcontrol group. Each of them has32people. In the experimental group, except fornormal sports courses, there is a Maxrap aerobics exercises intervention which willtake12weeks,3times a week, and each time50minutes, while the control groupwill only have normal courses. The body tests will be performed before and after theexperiment, including body composition, cardiopulmonary performance andpsychological indicators of state-trait anxiety. Then the data will be arranged byEXCEL and analyzed internally externally in group by SPSS17.0. To give acomparative analysis on female college students’ fitness. The results show that:(1)In the experimental group the female students’ fat content, body fatpercentage, chest&waist circumference have a significant decrease after12weeks(P<0.05), and the waist-hip ratio has a highly significant decrease relative to theration before the experiment (P <0.01), and the basal metabolic rate (BMR) has ahighly significant increase relative to the ratio before the experiment (P <0.01). Theuniversity’s female students’ fat percentage and waist-hip ratio index significantlylower than those of the control group (P <0.05).(2) In the experimental group, female university students’ quiet heart ratedropped, while vital capacity and maximal oxygen consumption increased after12weeks, which has a highly significant change compared to before (P <0.01). Themaximal oxygen consumption had a significant increase in control group (P <0.05).After12weeks, we can see that experimental group students’ cardiopulmonaryperformance is significantly better than the control group from quiet heart rate andVO2max index (P <0.05).(3) In the state-trait anxiety level, there are no big difference between the twogroups before the12weeks Maxrap aerobics exercises (P>0.05), after12weeks thedata still have no significant difference (P>0.05), while the state anxiety level incontrol group has a increase compare to12weeks ago, and it is higher thanexperimental group (P>0.05).The results show that12weeks Maxrap aerobics training can effectively reducethe body fat in female college students body fat, achieved a ideal result in loseweight, and increased metabolism rate; help female college students to shape theirbody, keeps the body in reasonable proportion; Improve cardiopulmonaryperformance; Inhibit the female college students’ anxiety level to improve mentalhealth.
