Nowadays, the difficult employment of college students concerns the whole socitey,especially the increasingly large contingent of vocational college students. There are many causes in vocational college students'employment problem and an important one is the deviable concept of employment.As a result , it's very important to strengthen the ideological and political education in the employment guidance for vocational college students.Strengthening the ideological and political education in the employment guidance can help vocational college students to develop scientific concept of employment, cultivate the good work ethic and improve the psychological quality of employment, thus promoting the full employment of vocational students.
