Study On The College Students’ Ideological And Political Education In Employment Guidance

Currently, the difficulty of employment among college students has become an importantissue and also become the focus of the society. The root causes of this problem are thecontinuous adjustment of employment policy and continuous reform of college educationsystem. Employment of college students depends on the development of higher education, andhas become an important aspect of building a harmonious society. College students’employment system was the "entrance examination system" model in the past. Later, it evolvedto the "supply and demand meet-two-way choice" model. Currently, it is "self-employment"policy which is a market-oriented employment model. However, it is becoming more and moredifficult for college students to find a job. There are many factors for this situation, includingwhether the economic environment is good or bad, reform of collegues and universities, andquality of graduates. It has great theoretical and practical meaning to strengthen ideological andpolitical education during the period of job hunting. It helps to overcome the graduates’ ownproblems,andthusreleasetheemploymentpressure.However, the current majority of colleges and universities only focus on employmentpolicy services and information delivery, but ignored the role of ideological and politicaleducation. Based on the current new situation of job market and the problem in the ideologicaland political education work during the period of job hunting, this article comprehensivelyanalyzed the current status, effect and problem of the students’ ideological and politicaleducation during the job hunting, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions.The full text is divided into five parts. First, the background, the current domestic andinternational research status, the theoretical foundation of this research are introduced. Then thetheoretical and practical meaning is illustrated. And finally the research methods and innovativepoints are introduced. The second part analyzed the current status of graduates’ employmentunder the new situation, deeply analyzed the root reasons of difficulty during job hunting andsummarized the graduates’ own ideological problems. The third part comprehensively illustrated and analyzed the important role of the ideological and political education in collegestudents’ job hunting process. Fourth, the ideological and political education problem during jobhunting is analyzed. Fifth, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the ideologicaland politicaleducationproblems duringjob hunting.
