With the introducing and steadily promoting of the new curriculum reform, people are paying more and more attention to quality education and the idea of people-oriented in school education. As a course intimately linked with actual life, Information Technology curriculum is really helpful to cultivate students' information ability, improve students' information literacy and promote students'quality education in information age. Stratified Teaching is an excellent teaching method that paying much attention to students' individual differences. Its concrete implementation and effective application has certain help to the cultivation of students' learning interest and the improvement of their performance, therefore, this paper conducted experimental research on Stratified Teaching in information technology course in senior high school, and therefore can provide some guidance to teaching.This paper first analyzes the relevant researches about the Stratified Teaching home and abroad, then taking individual difference, teaching students according to their aptitude, teaching process optimization and other related theory as guidance, aiming at the actual problems existing in the course, points out the easily operational Stratified Teaching mode.And in order to verify the effectiveness of this teaching mode, I choose two classes of freshman in No.2 Senior High School of Xinxiang as experimental subjects for a term. The relevant information is got from the literature, questionnaire, long-term observation, and other ways, mainly including questionnaire data and students' course grades of information technology. After the experiment, we conducted a comprehensive statistical analysis of the experimental results through Excel software.It can be seen from the experimental results that the Stratified Teaching in the senior high school information technology curriculum can really effectively stimulate the students' learning interests and develop their positive learning attitude, and improve their information technology achievements. It can truly start from student's individual differences; teach students according to their aptitude, making the quality education is no longer bosh without practical action. Visibly, Stratified Teaching has certain application value in the actual teaching. However, there are also some problems in the course of experiments, such as how to make level division accomplish best, how to enable students to pay more attention in the classroom teaching task but not some irrelevant things, all of these need the teachers' continuous research exploration.
