Our regular high school education is the basic education to improve national quality and face the masses on the basis of compulsory education.The task is to promote students’ all-round and individual development.The curriculum structure should follow the cognitive characteristics and individualized learning needs of high school students.This requires us to adopt more targeted teaching methods to teach,stratified teaching can meet the learning needs of learners with different levels of learning.Different from the traditional stratified teaching,in order to avoid the negative impact of the obvious stratified teaching to students,the hidden stratified teaching is a stratified teaching form that only teachers and students can understand the implementation of stratified teaching,while other students cannot perceive the existence of stratified teaching.Implicit stratified teaching can meet the learning needs of people with different learning levels,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and make every student get full development.This study first made theoretical preparation,and systematically analyzed the relevant research status,core concepts and theoretical basis at home and abroad.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and interview method to the high school information technology course learning status and teachers’ teaching status of the study,analysis of the current high school information technology course teaching the main problems.Thirdly,this paper discusses the basic principles of hidden stratified teaching,and formulates the basic process and strategy of hidden stratified teaching based on the curriculum standards of information technology in ordinary senior high schools.Finally,the action research method is used to carry out the teaching practice,and the problems found in the three rounds of teaching practice are constantly modified to improve the implicit hierarchical teaching strategy.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: First,there are some problems in the learning and teaching of information technology in senior high schools,such as students’ low interest,not correct learning attitude,not reasonable learning strategies,teachers’ teaching methods need to be improved,there are big differences among students,teachers’ insufficient understanding of hidden hierarchical teaching and so on.Second,the basic process of implicit hierarchical teaching includes: investigation,testing and analysis of students’ learning situation,student stratification,teaching objective stratification,teaching stratification,task stratification,evaluation stratification and investigation,testing and analysis of students’ learning situation.Third,the hidden stratified teaching of information technology in high school can stimulate students’ interest in learning,correct students’ learning attitude,improve students’ learning strategies,narrow the differences between students,and improve the problem of polarization.These strategies mainly include: STUDENT STRATIfication strategy,teaching OBJECTIVE STRATIfication strategy,teaching STRATIfication strategy,TASK STRATIfication strategy,evaluation STRATIfication strategy,dynamic adjustment of student stratification strategy.
