| The fact that class-teaching replaced the individualized instruction is in line with the development of the times,which makes the teaching more scientific and objectively promotes the development of teaching.However,the same class-teaching is difficult to adapt to students' individual differences and to develop students' individuality and creativity."Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)" points out that in the process of teaching,teachers should respect personality of students,concentrate attention on individual differences,meet the different needs of students,create the educational environment that guides students to actively participate in, stimulate the enthusiasm of students and train students to have the attitude and the ability of acquiring knowledge,so that every student can fully develop.In the environment of class-teaching,the strategy of teaching for the whole and taking care of differences is obviously important.On the basis of reading a large number of documents,the author of this paper has combined the situation in our school and carried out a six-month research practice on information technology differentiate instruction.The author uses survey research,systematically analyzing the difference of information awareness of students in the aspects of the cognitive basis,interests in the course,learning channels and learning needs.According to the basic ideas of the differentiate instruction,combining the result of the survey of the student's individual difference, the author formulates the strategy of information technology differentiate instruction:on the premise of stimulating interests of students and increasing the participation of students,use effective divide hierarchy teaching;in terms of the difference of information awareness from the survey,divide students into three levels:Low-development Level,Middle-development Level and High-development Level;reasonably divide,refine and add the teaching content;establish the Fundamental Task,the Advanced Task and the Extended Task for the three-level students; encourage students to achieve higher learning objectives on the premise of completion of their own tasks;improve teaching links in the process of teaching;enhance the effectiveness of teaching;strengthen the individual tutorship of low-development level students and high-development level students in the form of team teaching;strengthen the inter-student interaction and mutual assistance with discussion and cooperation among students;organize the project team with the method of hierarchy division in order to complete Integrated Assignment; promote social development of students on the basis of the enhancement of the information awareness of students.After the six-month experimental research,with the method of survey and test to gain the experimental data analyzed,the author shows that the information technology differentiate instruction by divide hierarchy teaching boosts up students' interests in learning and have a positive influence on the improvement of information technology teaching quality, promotes individual development of students based on that all the students can meet curriculum standards,cultivates their ability of solving practical problems,and enhances their information awareness.This research conducts a helpful discussion on high school information technology differentiate instruction and provides a reference for regional information technology teaching. |
