Facing with the diversified development tendency of moral notions and value orientations in current transformational society, As a result, the present school moral education is encountering unprecedented confusions and challenges. On the mean time, much attention has been paid to impart the standard moral norms while the students'subjectivities are being ignored, which shifts the vivid moral education into abstract moral communication and under the impacts of the existed low effect of school moral education, it is pretty hard to promote the students'moral ability. the time calls for the cultivation of people's independent and creative moral personality.The dialogue does not only refer to language communication and information exchange, but particularly focuses on the sharing and fusions of life values, beliefs and emotions. Philosophically speaking, dialogue is the very essence of human being's existence and it enjoys the inevitability to humans. As moral education originally targets at the improvements of people, it should incline to dialogue and put it into practice, making the full reflection of life dignity, existence value among equal personalities and achieve the moral and spiritual promotion.The present thesis mainly contains three sections, in the first part, the present writer will do some study by taking dialogue as the moral education measure in broad sense but not moral educational method in narrow sense. Concretely speaking, the present writer will analyze and expound the connotations of dialogue from the perspectives of linguistics, philosophy, sociology and pedagogies and establish the context foundation of dialogue in moral education. Meanwhile, in this section, the present writer will interpret the features and moral educational value of dialogue; In the second part, the present writer will focus on the dialogue deficiency in current school moral education, firstly, the author will inspect and analyze the dialogue deficiency in school moral education, then the present writer will probe into the attributions of dialogue deficiency from the perspectives of traditional moral education and modern network technology; During the final third section, the present writer will put forward the significance of dialogue in moral education and interpret and analyze it from the perspectives of the aims of moral education, the process of moral education and the construction of the relationships between teachers and students.
