Repid decline of moral thought and the off—nomal Behavior make us retrospect deeply about the traditional moral education On our youth; that retrospection does not mean traditional moral education is outdated, what should be improved or a suitableapproach should we take is to sublate----develop what is usefuland discard what is not .Examine and evaluate our traditional moral education from viewpoint of dialogue theory, one will easily find out the shortcoming of it.This paper iterperetes and discusses nowdays moral education on the base of dialogue theory, strive to seek for the developing trend of present moral education by retrosecting current situation and directs that process of moral education is the very process of dialogue and mutal understanding; while simultaneously, the author expounded the deep implication, characteristics and the dialogue-introducting teaching method of dialogue oriented moral education, advanced that the key problem to be solved in an effort to transcenting traditionalway is the teacher----its shifting of role and improvement ofaccomplishment, is to make the dialogue class an important place where students "meet" ,is to make sure that the exclusively effective approach of dialogue is the egality and undersdanding between teacher and student that is,a seeking of humanity is what the purpose of moral education.Certainly, Any theory' s value has it' s own limits.
