The mind of moral education discusses how moral education touches people’s mind,which is based on the theory of spiritual communication and psychological environment,and relies on the mind dialogue between teachers and students.Its purpose is to promote the moral quality,the development of healthy personality and the growth of mind of the educated.This study is carried out by the idea that asking question,analyzing problems and solving problems,focusing on expounding why put forward the mind of moral education,what is the mind of moral education and how to realize the mind of moral education,etc,the purpose of which is to construct a moral education model to promote the mind dialogue between teachers and students,and to provide effective strategies for the development of current moral education in schools.Around such a idea,this paper consists of three parts:The first part mainly expounds the reasons for putting forward the mind of moral education.The spread of value relativism and nihilism,as well as the improper application of moral education methods and models in current school moral education,directly or indirectly lead to the crisis of mind,such as lack of belief,disconnection of knowledge and behavior,communication separation from life and so on.The emergence and causes show that current education should pay attention to and attach importance to the crisis of mind of human beings.Moral education,as an educational activity to shape the soul and perfect the personality,should touch the human mind,nourish the soul and strengthen the soul with morality.Basing on the above reason,the mind of moral education is putting forward.The second part is to discuss the concept,goal and content,as well as characteristics and value orientation of the mind of moral education.In fact,its concept includes two aspects: connotation and essence.The connotation reflects the sum of the essential attributes of the mind of moral education;the essence determinesthe nature,appearance and development of the mind of moral education.Only from its connotation and essence,can we better grasp the mind of moral education.Promoting the growth of individual mind is the goal of the mind of moral education,and its specific content is carried out around the goal.Its characteristic include transcendence and aesthetics,which are mainly reflected in the implementation process of the mind of moral education.In addition,happiness,as the inevitable pursuit of human beings,is consistent with morality,based on this,the value orientation of the mind of moral education is to help the educated to obtain happiness.The third part mainly explores how to realize the mind of moral education.The need of human spiritual communication is the internal motive power to realize the mind of moral education;optimizing the individual psychological environment is the necessary condition and the mind dialogue between teachers and students is an important way to realize the mind of moral education.In a word,the task of moral education is to shape the soul and improve the personality,and moral education should be the education that touches the mind.Therefore,school moral education is not to plant the external moral values into the student’ mind world,but to pay attention to the mind of students,and guide the students to develop the truth,goodness and beauty from inside to outside,so as to realize the shaping of the soul and the perfection of the personality.This is the case with the mind of moral education. |
