Research On Approaches Of Building Employment Service System For College Graduates

With China's rapid expansion of high education enrollment for years, college graduates'employment has become increasingly serious, and drawn attentions from community in general, which is not only related to the reform of high education, but also related to China's economic development and the establishment of a harmonious society. Employment of college graduates is influenced by the government, universities, intermediaries, employers, students themselves, and many other factors. Correct analysis of the circumstance and other influencing factors on employment,learning advanced experience from other countries in building employment service system is an important foundation to build employment service system for China's college students.Questionnaires, random interview, field trips combining quantitative and qualitative methods are used in this paper. The existing employment service system of college graduates is analyzed, and each element effecting on employment are found. Meanwhile, approaches and contents are proposed to build a new employment service system for college graduates through research on employment service system abroad, and suggestion on employment service system from Chinese college students.Employment service system of college graduates in this paper is explained mainly from government, universities, intermediary agencies, employers, college students five aspects. In this system, the government should carry out effective macro-control and policy guidance; universities, intermediary agencies and employers should maintain close connection; college students should improve their own quality initiatively according to market needs; each element should play their respective advantages to improve employment. Various elements of employment service system for college student in this paper interact and contact each other to promoting graduates'employment.
