Research On The Construction Of Employment Service System For College Students In China

For nearly 10 years, the number of college graduates is growing in China,employment of college graduates become a significant social and economic problems,and draw more and more attention of the government and the social from all walks of life. In order to solve this problem fundamentally, need to rely on promoting social and economic development to provide more employment opportunities, and provide effective employment service can also largely alleviate this problem. To provide effective employment service to college graduates, there must be perfect college students’ employment service system. At present, in the college students’ employment service system of our country, the government and colleges and universities is playing a major role, the participation consciousness of social force is not strong. The purpose of this paper is to study the efficient construction of university students’ employment service system in our country, hope that through the establishment of perfect college students’ employment service system to provide more effective employment service.In this paper, through literature research and comparative research, summarizes the advanced experience of foreign relevant national college students’ employment service system; Through the questionnaire survey, to conclude that the existing problems of university students’ employment service system in China; On the basis of the study, put forward the basic idea to improve the college students’ employment service system in China.This paper includes six parts altogether: the first part is the introduction, including the research background, research significance, research methods and innovations, the combing and summary of the related theories of employment service at home and abroad;The second part is mainly defining the related concepts,includes employment service,employment service system, and college students’ employment service system; The third part is the research of present state of overseas college students’ employment service, to analysis characteristics of college students’ employment service in the United States,Britain, Germany, to get inspiration for the development of college students’ employment service system in China. The fourth part is present situation of university students’ employment service system in our country, in study of subjects’ service content in the employment service system currently; The fifth part is the investigation of the factors which influence on college students’ employment, through the questionnaire to analyze the influence factors of effective employment; The sixth part is the analysis of existing problems of the college students’ employment service system; The seventh part is countermeasures about the improvement of college students’ employment service system,in study of each subject respectively, put forward effective improvement plan.In this paper, on the basis of in-depth analysis and draw lessons from research achievements of foreign countries’ college students’ employment service, starting from the present situation of university students’ employment service system in our country, through analyzing on the influence factor of university students’ employment, put forward effective building of university students’ employment service system in China. This main characteristic of this paper is trying to build a holistic concept, hope to establish a university students’ employment service system which many main body participates in society.At present, many problems of university students’ employment service is still in the exploration in China, the construction of university students’ employment service system also involves all aspects of social factors. I wish this research can be a contribution to our country’ college students’ employment service, and will have some practical value.
