The employment of university graduates, which is a universal problem, is not only related to the livelihood of the people but it also concerns with the social stability. With our country education policy changing from "education for elites" into "education for the masses", the problem of "being difficult to get employed" of university graduates lies ahead, which arouses extensive concern of the government and the whole society. After more than a decade of rapid development, higher vocational education also faces the problem of "being difficult to get employed" of graduates. The main factors affecting the employment for the vocational college students include six aspects:government, human resource market, colleges and universities, students, enterprises and research, consulting, intermediary institutions. We should analyze comprehensively our country’s employment environment of Higher Vocational Students’ and three major factors influencing the employment and learn from employment service system for university graduates in the United States, Germany, Hong Kong and other developed countries or regions, to lay a solid foundation for the construction of employment service system for Higher Vocational students with the unique Chinese characteristics and form a practical theoretical basis.This thesis aims to explore the employment service system for Higher Vocational students from the six aspects of government, human resource market, colleges and universities, students, enterprises and research, consulting, intermediary institutions. Through the dialysis, we aim to further improve the employment service system for college students and set the employment service system with the professional guidance as the carrier, the school-enterprise cooperation as the support, the alternation of practice and learning as the mode. In this way, we can give full play to guiding function of the market and the function of regulating and control of government, set a virtuous employment platform for the interaction between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, strengthen the relationship between vocational colleges and enterprises and lay a good foundation for the students to realize full employment. Therefore, the employment service system of higher vocational students is the result of the mutual interaction, contact and influence among the six aspects of government, human resource market, colleges and universities, students, enterprises and research, consulting, intermediary institutions.This thesis sums up the mature experiences in developed countries and regions, using the ways of systematic analysis and comparative analysis on the basis of comparative study of the characteristics of university students’ employment service system in the United States, Germany, Hong Kong. It points out that we should strive to build a scientific, sustainable and comprehensive vocational students’ employment service system taking the specific situation of our country into consideration. The construction of vocational students’ employment service system has a bearing on not only the rise and fall of higher vocational colleges, the personal development prospects of college students, but also related to the overall economic and social stability of the whole nation. Therefore, it is of important theoretical significance and practical significance to build a university students’ employment service system suitable for the healthy development of higher vocational colleges and beneficial for students’ full employment.
