| The employment of college students has become one of the world-wide socialproblems. The difficulties not only appear in China, but also in the world. In our country,together with the market-orientated reform of college graduates employment system andthe ever booming recruitment scale, the college students employment problem is gettingmore challenged, and it has drawn wide public concern of how to further develop ouremployment service system for college students with an aim to assist them got hired.China and U.S.A both have built up employment service system for college students.Although the systems were established under different political, economical and culturalbackground, they still share some common points such as goal, subject and contents. Thetwo systems both have government, university, employer, intermediary organization andcollege students as their main subjects; they share a common goal to stimulate employmentstatus; and they contain similar modules of law&policy, career guidance, employmentinformation aid and entrepreneurship development service etc. However, in comparisonwith China, the system of U.S.A is far more advanced due to its earlier starting-up. Is hasmore interactive and flexible cooperative mechanism among each subject, characterizingthe system mode as a 'social participation under government guidance' type, which hasimportant inspiring meaning for our country.This research focuses on disclosing the differences of the two systems, basing on adeeply comparison in 'subjects' and 'contents' using systematic, literature and comparisonresearch tool. In order to dig out the reasons behind the differences and to enhancecomprehensive understandings of the two systems' histories, this research further studiesthe circumstantial influences by discussing the ideological trend of economic philosophy and the political&economical reform background of each country, and concludes that theywill develop ahead to a relatively consistent direction in the future. In the end, this researchreferences to the advantages of U.S.A system, basing on which it further draws up somepractical suggestions to help improve our country's employment service system for collegestudents. |
