Theoretical Inquiring And Practical Analysis Of The Model Of Collaborating Between Vocational College And Enterprises

With the tenet of school running, for service, for employment and developing on the way of industry-college-research combination, it is a necessity to promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises for the development of higher vocational college. It is also the inevitable course to achieve the win-win situation between the development of vocational education and social economy. The research and exploration of the cooperation model between colleges and enterprises has great theoretical and practical value as it will enrich the theory to guide such cooperation on right way and further the deep development of vocational education as well as to improve its educational quality.There are five parts in this thesis. The first part is a basic introduction about the research meaning, method and technical route. The present situation of such research is also introduced here. The second part is the theory foundation of this research. The conception, characteristics and potential influence of this research are discussed and some new viewpoints are also mentioned. The third part is a case description. The main methods and main performance of Changsha Social Work College's cooperation with enterprises are introduced and discussed here. The forth part is the analysis of the main problems of Changsha Social Work College's cooperation with enterprises. In the fifth part, the author made a suggestion about the development of such cooperation. The market based cooperation model, industry based cooperation model and community college based cooperation model as well as the management and operational mechanism of each model are suggested and carefully analyzed with the state educational authority's requirement for the development of vocational education.
