Research On Personnel Training Under The Combination Of Higher Vocational Colleges And Enterprises

In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of vocational education.In the Circular on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform,No.4 document of The State Council of 2019,The State Council stated that vocational education and higher education have the same importance.The report to the 19 th CPC National Congress also called for deeper integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises.It can be seen that the current field of vocational education is constantly implementing the requirements of the National Vocational Implementation Plan for Education Reform and the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration,and realizing resource sharing and complementary advantages through the effective integration of resources of all parties.At present,on the one hand,vocational colleges have made a lot of achievements in exploring the way of school-enterprise cooperation,on the other hand,there are some problems.For example,one side is "hot" and the other side is "cold" in the process of school-enterprise cooperation.The actual effect of school-enterprise cooperation talent training is not ideal,so it is necessary to further promote and explore the clear path of school-enterprise cooperation talent training.Different from ordinary vocational education,higher vocational education has the dual features of both higher education and vocational education,as well as cross-industry and education,and has the dual attributes of education and economy.Therefore,the cultivation of school-enterprise cooperation talents in higher vocational colleges needs to integrate the advantageous resources of the industry.enterprise,government and school so as to cultivate talents suitable for the needs of The Times.In this paper,based on coordination theory and vocational education theory as the guide,using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey method and interview method,higher vocational colleges in guangzhou city as the object,from the university-enterprise cooperation background,discusses the problems of higher vocational education in guangzhou,the study found that: university-enterprise cooperation under the background of the talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in guangzhou exist the following problems: 1.The coordination function of talent training target is not accurate;2.The collaborative management system of talent cultivation is incomplete;3.The synergistic and complementary effect of talent cultivation is not good.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the reasons,and on the basis of learning from the experience and inspiration of foreign vocational colleges in talent cultivation through school-enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for talent cultivation in Guangzhou vocational colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation: 1.Establish the goal and concept of mutual benefit and symbiosis in personnel training;2.Improve the collaborative management system of university-enterprise cooperation personnel training;3.Improve the mechanism for university-enterprise cooperation in personnel training and education.Through the joint efforts of the government,schools,enterprises,industries and other parties,an educational ecological system with multiple parties participating in benign interaction is formed to ensure the sustainable development of talent training in guangzhou vocational colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.
