Today's learning is moving towards information and network technology andbuilds life-long learning system, and along with educational thoughts and informationtechnology development of the "hybrid" learning (Blended-learning, referred to as"B-learning") has got widely attention and become increasingly popular."Student-centered" and "Dual" teaching (teacher-led, student body) has been a hottopic in the education sector. How to implement physical education "B-learning", toachieve life-long physical education is a need to try , but also the hot topic of currentreform of modern education technology, furthermore, it's in line with the spirit of thenational long-term educational reform and Development Plan.The author conducted the experimental platform for computer-aided teachingphysical education research in 2005, in the base of the B-learning and Babanskilearning theory "teaching process optimization" theory, it puts forward the sports"B-learning" strategies. It is the optimizing group of cooperative learning, classroommultimedia learning, extra-curricular teaching and learning network of independentoptimal combination of learning and teaching process to fully reflect the "Dual"interactive teaching process. Teaching methods in the sports, lectures anddemonstrations, group exercises, teaching competitions combined with cooperativelearning groups, and to assist in teaching, computer supported realized Sports"B-learning", which is also the innovation of study.Sports "B-learning" breaks the traditional teaching model, and it arises theinteraction between the teachers and students, students and multimedia courseware,students and experts, and it also influences the students' attitudes, emotions, ability,experience, etc. Moreover the students can play the initiative and entity, it can help todevelop the ability of cooperation between the students.The author designs a good questionnaire with high reliability and validity, andmost of the assumption have been proved in the experiment. The study motivation hasimproved in the experiment group. It testifies the validity of "B-learning" and getsreliable experiment conclusion that is the satisfaction of sports education is related tothe students' study interest, active exercise experience and teaching method, in whichthe interest in learning and exercise experience was a positive correlation, teachers'attitude, teaching methods, students' attitudes and interest in learning is positivelyrelated. Meanwhile, it makes recommendation for a more rigorous experimental designand to expand and scope of the experiments, and also provides reference for furtherstudy and case.
