When we talk about education violence, in the past time, it refers to the corporal punishment implemented from teachers to students. Because corporal punishment has obvious external physical harm, it has already triggered some discussions on teacher's virtue among the public. Bureaus of Education among the whole country continuously issue some relative documents to discipline vicious corporal punishment, the restriction from public opinion and supervision of discipline have an obvious effect on restraining dominant education cold violence. However, at the same time, a new form of violence which can be called as education cold violence appears in our vision.Education cold violence is different from corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguise, when the teacher use it to resolve problems, they not through violence such as beating, but through vituperation, degeneration, disparagement, taunt and other insulting words or discriminating manner to insult and injure students'spirit and psychology. The situation that teachers satirize students can be found everywhere in primary school. Moreover, because most of time education cold violence appears as a way of educational punishment, and make students insulted spiritually, so it is difficult to be investigated, so the degree of social concern is also relatively low.The main tasks of this study are thinking of the manifestation and the harms of education cold violence in primary schools, analyzing the causes, and try to approach some useful solutions. According to this, the paper can be divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction. By sorting out the reference materials, we sum up some theory on education cold violence, such as the conception, attribution, and manifestation. This paper intends to explain the theory comprehensively and cause a wide attention on education cold violence in the community.The second chapter introduces the connotation, features and effects of education cold violence.The third chapter describes the status quo of education cold violence in primary schools. Through manners of surveys and interviews in one famous primary school in Changchun city, we find out the status quo and the harms of education cold violence, and provide a reliable basis for further analysis.The fourth chapter analyzing the causes of education cold violence in primary school. There are many causes such as education management system as well as the whole society, teachers and students themselves. Only by a clear analysis can we put forward some targeted measures to eliminate education cold violence.The fifth chapter pays more attention on discussing the measures of eliminating the education cold violence.
