The country has successively issued relevant education laws and regulations that prohibit teachers from corporal punishment or punishing students in disguised form.Since then,great achievements have been made in the education and management of primary and secondary schools.There have been fewer and fewer corporal punishments or disguised corporal punishment.However,there is another threat factors—Teachers cold violence,especially in the elementary education stage.Due to lack of broad attention and recognition of the educators and the society,teachers cold violence is widespread.The harm of teachers cold violence is profound long-term,not only affecting the students' learning and the formation of healthy personality,but also affecting the overall image of teachers and the development of education quality.In this paper,we take M elementary school in Q city as an example,studying the cold violence of senior teachers.The paper specifically analyzes the harm and causes of cold violence in primary schools in depth,and put forward some coping strategies.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is introduction,mainly elaborated the paper selected topic reason and meaning,both at home and abroad related research,core concepts defined,research method,etc.Through the analysis of the related research from home and abroad for study compared to understand the current cold violence,and reasons for the form characteristics of the teachers' cold violence and related concept definition,main uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method for data collection.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of teachers cold violence in primary school,this part is the main part of the thesis.Through in a primary school internship questionnaires to collect data,as well as the long time of interviews and field observation,collecting material for teachers cold violence on data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 independent sample T-test and single factor analysis of variance and Excel in data collection and analysis of the input,including the harm of teachers cold violence,frequency of teachers cold violence in the demographic variables on the differences and the three dimensions of teachers' cold violence,respectively teachers words cold violence,teachers attitude cold violence and teacher behavior cold violence,and necessary auxiliary observation records and interviews.The third part discusses the harmfulness of teachers cold violence in primary school,and the in-depth analysis is carried out from students,teacher,teacher-student relationship,moral education and quality education.The fourth part elaborates the causes of the cold violence of teachers in the primaryschool.on the basis of the above parts,collect knowledge in areas such as pedagogy,psychology,pupils' mental health education,and school management.From the education object,educators,school,family and social to makes attribution analysis on teacher cold violence.The fifth part puts forward the prevention and coping strategies of teachers cold violence in primary school,and puts forward solutions and preventive measures from education objects,educators,families,schools and society.
