Case Work Intervention Study On Anxiety Relief Of Adolescent Victims Of Domestic Cold Violence

With the continuous development of China’s economy,people’s social division of labor is becoming more and more detailed,resulting in the increasing pressure of life.Compared with the traditional domestic violence of physical injury,the new form of domestic cold violence derived from it has increasingly become a phenomenon that can not be ignored in family life.When this problem occurs to the young children in the family,it will have a certain degree of adverse impact on their physical and mental health,anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions.In the short term,it will affect the normal work and life of the young people.In the long run,it will have a certain degree of adverse impact on the personality characteristics and interpersonal communication of the young people,which is not conducive to the healthy and allround growth of the young people.As a profession of helping others and self-help,social work can not only overcome the hidden characteristics of domestic cold violence,but also help violent teenagers to deeply and specifically analyze the causes,effects and countermeasures of domestic cold violence,correctly analyze the bad emotions caused by domestic cold violence,and take corresponding countermeasures,so as to reduce the negative effects of domestic cold violence.In this paper,case work intervention is carried out to deal with the anxiety of violent adolescents in domestic cold violence.Firstly,ten violent teenagers and their parents in M community were interviewed through the interview method to analyze the current situation,causes and impact of domestic cold violence in M community,and the specific causes of anxiety among violent teenagers.On this basis,the case service objects were divided into three types: unable to vent type,poor emotional management type and wrong attribution type,and select the corresponding types of service objects to intervene.Secondly,using the Advantage Perspective Theory and Family System Theory,we will carry out intervention activities to the violent,perpetrators and their whole family,help the violent alleviate the anxiety caused by domestic cold violence,learn the skills of emotion management and emotion control,make the perpetrators aware of the harm of domestic cold violence,and help the family improve the communication mode,so as to establish a harmonious and warm family atmosphere,Reduce or eliminate the occurrence of domestic cold violence.Through the research,it is found that case work can effectively alleviate the anxiety of violent teenagers,improve the ability of emotion management,and learn effective methods to deal with domestic cold violence.However,because the traditional idea of "paternalism" is still hidden in the subconscious of the public,the habitual way of family upbringing is often used in educating children.It is difficult to eliminate the occurrence of domestic cold violence from the root through short-term intervention only by the personal strength of social workers.It also needs to work together with families,schools,communities and relevant government departments.
