The Research Of The Organized Participation In Urban Community

Accompanied by the reform of economical system and social management system, the field of Chinese society has undergone enormous changes. The construction of urban communities is in full swing, and impact on all aspects such as production, living, and ideas. In the process, people show more and more desire of participating in community affair. This enthusiasm is an objective reality. It is not only an instinctive demand to pursue social life, but also an important t desire to improve the living environment. The increasingly open society affords an important opportunity to achieve this demand.For the community participation in our country, the remarkable feature is the high degree of systematize. Research has shown that community participation in China is largely organized. However, the community participation is showing some characters that is not in meeting with the social development, which is in embarrass condition on satisfying resident's desire of participation and accelerating the development of community. The main reason is the self-governing organizations in community loss its quality and inability in participating. Community self-governing reform should focus on the problem. The feasible way is to establish independent resident's committee, and develop more self-governing organizations in community.This paper analyzed the interrelated concepts of urban community organized participation, described and summarized the different organizations in urban community, and then pointed out four different participation mechanisms. From different point of view, such as benefit, organization's ability and organizations'relationship, it analyzed all-round the reason of actualities and problem. At last, it pointed out feasible way in improving the urban community organized participation.
