Social Work Involved In Community Participation Of The Elderly In Urban Communities

Based on the premise of active aging,under the guidance of advantage perspective and empowerment theory,this paper selects the old urban community H community as the research sample,carries out questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview on the elderly over 60 years old,streets,communities and third parties,and analyzes the status quo of the elderly community participation in H community,such as one-sided cognition,single content,insufficient ability and complex environment.According to the actual needs of the elderly community participation,from the perspective of social work,the project service plan of "Evergreen Silver Age and Joint participation" is designed.Through the expansion of publicity,the consensus of community participation is enhanced,various activities are carried out to enrich the content of community participation.Based on the energy enhancement theory,the energy enhancement plan is implemented to enhance the participation ability of the target community.We should promote the transformation of social participants from a diversified perspective,optimize the environment for community participation,help the elderly build confidence and skills,build a stable and orderly support system,steadily improve the level of community participation,and adapt to the trend of aging society with a more positive and optimistic attitude.
