This study uses qualitative research route, focus on "how preschool teachers to communicate with the children's grandparents" this city-beauty question, interviews 14 preschool teachers (including 2 directors of kindergarten) who come from three counties of N city and H, Z these two provinces. Through coding the native concept of these interviewed teachers, the researcher summarizes two big strategies for the teacher to adopt when they do communication work with the children's grandparents.Firstly, this study expounds the communication strategy from the moral level for preschool teachers. This strategy can be divided into two parts:discipline oneself in the cognition and do altruistic behavior on the actions. In the normal contact with the grandparents, teachers should grasp two principles which are respect and initiative. Through asking oneself to value and make allowances for the grandparents and treat them sincerely and warmly as well as do altruistic behaviors such as concerning the child and their grandparents actively, looking after the child carefully and actively in order to send the signals which can make the grandparents feel relieved and helping the grandparents solve problems when they meet in the process of educating their grandchildren, teachers will mat good emotional foundation for both sides. Among them, in the process of executing the principle of respect, except normal warmth call and finish the grandparents' exhort seriously, teachers should explore the grandparents' life wisdom positively, learn from them so as to realize the mutual respect on the basis of equality.Then, teachers should understand the grandparents'characteristics in order to communicate with them effectively. The research discusses the grandparents' characteristics from two aspects, which are group traits and individual differences. Among them, the former can further be subdivided into physiology characteristic as well as the psychological characteristics these two dimensions; the latter can further subdivided into cultural level and personality trait these two dimensions. In the actual communication, teachers can select appropriate strategies according to the different characteristics of each grandparent.Finally, in order to explain the above two big strategies totally, vividly and visually, the study analyzes a successful communication between a preschool leader and a grandparent.
