This study takes kindergarten teacher,grandparents and parents in Shanghai demonstration kindergarten,district demonstration kindergarten and first-class kindergarten as the research objects,mainly using the survey method to distribute electronic questionnaires for teachers and parents about kindergarten-family communication by random sampling and interviewed with kindergarten teachers to collect typical cases in the communication among teachers,grandparents and parents.This paper investigated and analyzed the differences between teachers ’communication with grandparents and parents in real life,understood the actual situation of kindergarten-family communication from the perspective of teachers,grandparents and parents,and tried to explore effective ways to promote kindergarten-family communication.Research shows that: teachers,grandparents,and parents all have a good understanding of the importance of kindergarten-family communication,but the practice process and cognition are biased.Teachers’ cognition of grandparents’ education is relatively fixed,and their communication is more random.The form of communication is relatively traditional and lacks innovation;it is common for grandparents to participate in education,and there is a strong need for kindergarten-family communication,their educational philosophy is gradually updated and improved.However,their position in early childhood education is relatively weak,and the communication strategies with teacher are less mastered.Communication between teacher and parent is in more ways,rich in content,and more proactive in communication.The educational philosophy of father is more advanced than that of grandparent.However,due to busy work and other reasons,the frequency of active communication between parents and teachers is not high,there is also a lack of communication strategies.After investigation,it was found that there are differences in the educational concepts,the establishment of mutual educational trust and the educational execution among teacher,parent,and grandparent.Corresponding to the current situation of communication,try to analyze and discuss strategies to improve kindergarten-family communication from the perspectives of kindergartens,teachers and parents.Suggestions for kindergartens:(1)Create more opportunities for kindergarten-family interaction;(2)Conduct targeted and systematic teacher communication training;(3)Conduct parent training to update parenting concepts.Suggestions for teachers:(1)Adjust the communication attitude towards grandparents and parents;(2)Actively learn the skills of kindergarten-family interaction;(3)Actively expand the form of kindergarten-family communication to enhance trust.Suggestions for parents:(1)Renewing awareness of teachers and kindergarten’s educational content;(2)Parents need to clarify the division of education in the family;(3)Grandparents change their educational concepts and clarify the importance of kindergarten education.
