Sympathy For The Loss Of Children And School Education

As primitive sanest emotion, sympathy is the most important quality of the human being. It will undoubtedly play a very important role in life. Starting from the stories that children experience, this thesis describes and analyzes the phenomena of sympathy in children's daily life from the perspective and approach of phenomenology. Children experience sympathy in complicated way and behave towards specific situations in different way. It is difficult to draw an optimistic or pessimistic conclusion but obvious for children to lose sympathy more and more today. The loss of Children's sympathy will make the individual misfortune and the heart in split numb state and eventually become a poor man. Meanwhile, lost sympathetic person is likely to produce undermine social behavior.Sympathy consists of emotion, cognition, will and behavior. The four ingredients is closely related to sympathetic individual factors i.e. physiology, psychological factors and human factor that influence sympathy. Besides individual factors, as a main activity place and specialized educational institutions, the school should shoulder important mission to cultivate children's sympathy. However, today's schools are no longer foster children a hotbed of sympathy, but more like strangling children's heart cage. Investigate its reason, the social phenomenon of usual looking on with folded arms and excessive competition severely impact the school-this piece of pure land of former. And under the current utilitarian values guidance, family's choice make the school under the oppression. At the same time, the school's'own helpless and self-decadent also make school lose its own character achievements.Though the development of children's sympathy is influenced by non-quality complex, but undoubtedly cultivating children's compassion needs the education, especially the school education. The current school is not insult the school real mission by only plucking up the courage of education, sticking to the essence of education. Meanwhile, the real sympathy contains at least the four essential virtues of mercy, restricting own desire, justice and bravery. Educators should clarify sympathy real meaning. It is the important prerequisite to train the children compassion. On this basis, the school education should return to children's life world, and foster children of compassion through creating a good campus environment, adopting scientific guiding strategies and building effective education community.
