The PurPose of this PaPer is to exPlore the relationship between self-symPathy and resilience in senior high school students,and on this basis to carry out the revised self-symPathy training Program(Making Friends with Yourself)to imProve students'self-symPathy level.The design of the exPeriment was carried out in the following Procedures:Firstly,200 student from a high school in Wuhan were investigated by questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by relevant statistical methods,and the current characteristics and relationships of self-symPathy and resilience of senior high school students were discussed.Secondly,12 of the students who had low scores were volunteered to enroll in this test and randomly assigned to the experimental grouP and the control grouP.Participants from experimental grouP Participated in the six-week self-comPassionate training Program(MFY)once a week,while there was no intervention in the control grouP.The subjects of the experimental grouP and the control grouP were tested after the test in the last week.Then the non-Parametric test method is used to analyze the data.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The resilience of senior high school students is in the middle and uPPer level as a whole.There were significant differences in the level of resilience of senior high school students in grade and only child or not,but no significant difference in sex,class cadres and source of students(2)The self-symPathy of senior high school students is on the middle level as a whole.The level of self-symPathy of senior high school students has no significant difference in the dimensions of gender,grade and source,but there is a significant difference in the dimensions of whether class cadres or only children or not.(3)There was a significant Positive correlation between self-emPathy and resilience in senior high school students.The two dimensions of universal sex aPPeal and mindfulness in self-emPathy can significantly Predict the level of Psycho-elasticity.(4)After six weeks of self-emPathy training Program(MFY),the self-symPathy and resilience level of senior high school students has been effectively imProved.The intervention Program initially Proved to be effective.
