With the rapid development of wireless technology and popularization of mobile terminal equipments, many training are beginning to be carried out by means of mobile learning. The mobility and flexibility of mobile learning can provide a good learning style for teacher training, especially for English teacher training. By the use of mobile learning, it can be achieved in the innovation of teacher training mode and the rapidly improvement of teachers'training effect because it can solve the contradiction between the job and the life very well. Mobile learning is one of the hot spot in the education teaching field, but due to teaching enthusiasm of English teachers whose professional knowledge are updated slowly and who need long-term training, it is needed to improve teaching enthusiasm, English teaching skills and comprehensive quality of English teachers and to reduce training costs with the use of mobile learning. Under the background that "the charity English " is replaced by "the Oxford junior middle school English" as high school English teaching materials in Anhui Province, it is needed to carry out the training of English teaching skills to accommodate with the teaching of new teaching materials.This research is to develop the teaching skills of high school English teachers by means of mobile learning. Through the practical study on the training of "the Oxford junior middle school English", it is to make out the feasibility and practicality as well as training effect of mobile training in the training of high school English teachers. It is the main topics as follow:1. to analyze the front theory and hotspot technologies as well as successful cases all over the world to provide the base for effective application of mobile learning in the training of high school English teachers.2. to analyze the learning characteristics of high school English teachers, to demonstrate the feasibility for the application of mobile learning in teacher training, to develop teaching resources and design practice activities, and to develop general application mode for the application of mobile learning in high school English teacher training.3. to carry out the teaching practice activities of "the Oxford junior middle school English" and collect the questionnaire of the learners who attend the training. Based on analysis of investigation results, tests and interviews, it is demonstrated that mobile learning can inspire the learning interest, change the learning habit and improve the learning achievement, etc. in the training of high school English teachers. It is to optimize the traditional teacher training styles to provides a new way for teacher training.
