With the development of social information and education internationalization, education reform was rapidly advanced. People clearly recognize that the elementary education teachers had been an important role in the process of social development. Therefore, more attention had been engaged in basic education for high-quality pre-service teacher training. In2011the Ministry of Education maked 《teacher education program standards (Trial)》 to promote pre-service teacher education reform, which proposes that pre-service teacher training should conform to the educational philosophy of all-round development, personality development and lifelong learning. In another word, pre-service teacher training must tend to diversity, individuation and lifelong. Meanwhile, with the development of mobile technology and wireless transmission technology, mobile learning as a new way of learning has gradually stepped into people’s vision. Mobile learning means that learners use mobile devices and wireless communication networking technology to get resources, information and services anywhere anytime. It is a kind of E-learning. The biggest advantage of mobile learning is unhindered by time and space, accordant with the concept of lifelong education, meeting the needs of individual learning. This is entirely consistent with the concept of pre-service teacher training, therefore it is necessary to give full attention to use mobile learning to train per-service teachers.This paper investigates the application of mobile learning in pre-service teacher training, selecting normal students and education master in Shaanxi Normal University, Northeast Normal University and Beijing Normal University Normal Universities as research samples, using literature and questionnaire to analysis and study. The paper summarized the theory of pre-service teacher training and mobile learning. It investigated from the ownership and use of mobile devices for pre-service teachers, the application status of mobile learning for pre-service teachers training and the evaluation and reflection of mobile learning. The paper proposed appropriate solutions suggestion based on the status of the observed problems. It provides references for the correct guidance and development of mobile learning in pre-service teacher training in elementary education.
