Along with the rapid development of mobile Internet,students are not only limited to the acquisition of knowledge by parents and teachers,students acquire knowledge of tools,methods,environment has been inseparable from the Internet,such as conventional way of preparing teachers and teaching means it is difficult to fully meet the learning needs of students,now this puts forward new challenges to the primary and secondary school teachers' teaching ability.Primary and secondary school teachers need to master the ability of teaching design in the mobile Internet environment and learn to use the advantages of the mobile Internet to improve the learning effect of students.Through the survey found that the teacher is willing to raise their ability,but as a result of primary and secondary school teachers in daily teaching work,lack of long time for system study,the existing teacher training can't meet the personalized requirements of teachers,so this research try to design the teacher mobile learning network study strategy to improve primary and secondary school teachers teaching design ability.Therefore,this study online learning platform,disciplines the typical mobile case study as the backing,put forward the primary and secondary school teachers network training strategy,through the implementation of "uniting the design of mobile learning teaching" the network training,network training strategy to verify the design of primary and secondary school teachers,teaching design ability of network training for primary and secondary school teachers in the information development to provide certain reference value.In this study,firstly,we select a mobile Internet environment that fully covers and popularizes the area,and investigate the current situation of online network training of primary and secondary school teachers and the teaching design ability of mobile learning;according to the investigation,the analysis of existing research and the accumulation of early practice,we design a network training strategy to improve the teaching design ability of mobile learning of primary and secondary school teachers;using quasi experimental research Through the pre-test of the training teachers,the designed network training strategy is implemented through the course of "teachers' mobile learning teaching design and training",and the post-test of the training teachers is conducted after the completion of the network training;the effectiveness of the network training strategy is verified through the data comparison between the pre-test and the post-test,and the analysis of teachers' learning behavior,combined with the interview;the mobile learning strategy of primary and secondary school teachers is improved The network training strategies of learning instructional design ability include the strategies of optimizing the training content,maintaining teachers' learning motivation and promoting support services.Among them,the optimization strategy of the training content should meet the requirements of the times,starting from the problems that need to be solved at the core of teachers;one of the strategies to maintain teachers' learning motivation is to use live network teaching;the learning support service strategy should be based on the trust and deep communication and interaction of the training teachers.
