The Run Of Poor Students In Vocational Colleges Countermeasures

Public high vocational institutes are the main body of premium vocational education in our country, and take on important responsibilities of cultivating premium technical experts. In resent years, abundant students, who were supposed to enter in private university, have to choose the public institutes in view of their poor family situation, which arouses higher percentage of needy students in public high vocational institutes. The imbursing management in public institutes has its own detailed situation and character, which must be deeply researched; and should be strengthened and improved. It relates to needy students' physical & spiritual growth, stabilization & development of public vocational institutes, and implement of education justice.This thesis sets forth the connotation, basic content, main characters of imbursing management, and roundly discusses the meaning of it. Basic on the investigation and research, it analyses main problems and the origin of them in the management of imbursing. In allusion to the concrete status of nowadays imbursing management in public institutes, accordingly to practicing discovery, and referring to overseas advanced idea, it suggests the improvement methods:nailing down the idea of imbursing management, extending the ways of financing, perfecting the system of management, enhancing students' ideological education, and doing well in students'mental tutorship.
