With the advancement of new curriculum, general Chinese teachers all experiment with renewing their Chinese teaching method. The reform of Reading Teaching is especially a hot. As a Chinese teacher, I find some seemingly effective teaching of reading, but in reality is a face-lift to repackage the old stuff on stage. So the reading teaching mode named" Leading-studying-remarking" comes into being based on the present situation.The core idea of the new curriculum is to focus on the development of each student. Effective dialogue is to make each student think independently by reading through the text and come to their own views. Therefore, efficient self-learning is a prerequisite for this kind of teaching. In teaching, teachers should give full attention to the inferior students and make students of different levels meet expectations of different reading requirements. However, in reality, the self-reading is only explored by a small number of students, and the main speakers are still only those with outstanding personality, and the ones who are good at expressing themselves. Others who have a poor base or are introverted just look at other people's "performances" for most of the time in class, This makes them learn less in the classroom than before. Therefore, I intend to do research into the theory of reading teaching construction, and refer to this new theory, that is "Leading-studying-remarking, which has a deep meaning in guiding reading teachingThe Chinese teaching mode in senior high school focus on "teaching in class", and its application is based on series, of use and exploration. The application of the principles for Senior Chinese can be divided in to five steps. They are reading goal orientation session, that is, from the knowledge and ability, process and methods,,feelings, attitudes and values of the emotion to design reading goals.'Reading goals is created on the base of the development of students; independent learning, that is, self-teaching is the starting point to improve language literacy as well as one of the most important ways, self-teaching can be divided into self-study and extracurricular self-study class, which requires teachers effective guide to enhance prevision of the target; student cooperation and exchange links, namely, by teachers and students, and students work together to create effective classroom discussion of the link, the discussion is to train students to good quality of thinking and realize dialogues with the text in efficient and effective manner between teachers and students, students and students, teachers,, students and text; the results of reading part of show are that students in small groups show their problem solving process and results of thinking, and the best answer to explain his own program; the standard evaluation of reading link, that is, the main way to check is to see if they can meet the teachers expectations. If not, they will be provided compensation for training in the classroom, and for students who are in superior level will be provided appropriate compensation in the classroom or after school. The key of the application of this mode lies in training teachers, designing Leading in and set up studying group. Therefore, the result of this mode can make the class in order even though they are active. Meanwhile, it also show respect to the students.
