Chinese,as a subject of humanity and instrument, the base of learning other courses.With the reforming of entrance examination for university by many provinces,Chinese is increasingly appreciated by the whole society.Under such background,improving the quality of teaching Chinese and optimizing classroom become the top task. To a large extent,the effect of classroom teaching depends on the teachers’teaching level.First,classroom leading-in,as the beginning and a essential part of class can improve the students’learning enthusiasm and simulate students’interest in learning. Second,classroom leading-in is a key to the success of a Chinese lesson.With the constructivism theory and meaning learning by D.P.Ausubel,the thinking model of classroom teaching theory and effective teaching theory as the foundation,at. the same time,this study choose 28 different types of primary school teachers in Jiayuguan of Gansu Province as the research objects.On one hand,this study made some observation tables by reading relative books and journals,on the other hand,classroom leading-in is divided into four dimensions:the time,the way,the degree of students’ participating.After doing those works,this study analyzed the differences from three kinds of teachers:the novice teachers,the skilled teachers and expert teachers,and then summarized on the basis of these.Finally,this study put forward these suggestions according with the feature of Chinese teaching classroom:(1)From the view of leading-in time,the time of novice teachers is the shortest of three,skilled teachers is much longer than novice teachers,and the expert teachers is the longest of all in terms of overall leading-in time by 30 classes or leading-in by of each type teacher.Because the shorter time by novice and skilled teachers,the effect of leading-in is not satisfied.The time of expert teachers is reasonable and effective.(2)From the view of ways,three types of teachers have their own characters.No-vic e teachers used addition type leading-in frequently,skilled teachers like using asking questions type,and the expert teachers are found of using apply colors to drawing the atmosphere type of leading-in.(3)From the view of methods,there are similar and differences in three types of teachers.In using addition type,videos and music method is the most popular methods among teachers;in using asking type,three kinds of teachers often use asking questions;drawing the atmosphere by words is the common method,then background information is the most popular method.(4)From the view of stylistic,three kinds of teachers have some certain similarities in the face of different styles of texts.In terms of narrative,the novice teachers and skilled teachers both like to choose leading-in type,expert teachers like using asking type;in terms of exposition,three kinds of teachers tends to use addition leading-in;in terms of modern poetry,teachers have adopted to the rendering model import; in terms of lyric prose, the novice teachers to use addition leading-in, the other two types of teachers are using rendering model import; in terms of fable fairy tale, the three types of teachers have adopted a suspected type way of import. Therefore, three types of teachers in the face of different style classroom import, there are many similarities.(5)From the view of using leading-in methods,expert teachers use more methods than skilled and novice teachers.Then we draw a conclusion that expert teachers are more diversed and skilled.(6)From the view of students’ participating situation in classroom, most of three types of teachers’ classroom leading-in use the way of cooperation,which plays an important role in improving the student’ classroom participation,and few of teachers use leading-in alone.(7)From the view of teachers’teaching language in leading-in part,teachers use different styles of teaching language.Such as when three types of teachers teaching narrative texts, ancient modern poetry, fable fairy tales, teaching language used in the relaxed is happy, lively and warm; When teaching professor exposition, most of the teachers will be relaxed and happy and simple plain language teaching, the combination of the teaching effect of natural smooth;when teaching lyric prose style, three types of teachers generally used high intense, generous teaching language.Above all, we can see that the three kinds of teachers in the classroom leading-in has some similarities, but there are also some differences and problems. Three types of teachers in the face of classroom leading-in, therefore, to maintain a high level of attention,combine their own teaching level with characteristics of students’ learning situations. Teachers should make more preparation before class, use the leading-in time reasonably.
