A Research On The Comprehensive Development And Utilization Of The Beach Volleyball Venue After Beijing Olympic Games

Using Literature,Expert interview,Questionnaire survey,Observation to survey tourists who attended the Ocean Beach Carnival which organized by the Beijing Olympic beach volleyball court from July to October in 2010, questionnaire survey conducted in July to September, a total of 635 questionnaires, recover 635, recovery 100%, from which effectively questionnaires are 620, effective rate to the questionnaire is 97.63%. Using of spssl6.0 software for statistical analysis, to derive useful information.On the basis of the study to summarize the comprehensive development and utilization of the abroad Olympic venues, to analysis the situation of the first three Olympic beach volleyball courts especially, and then explore the factors of the beach volleyball venue after Beijing Olympic Games, researching the available operation mode for it, and later provide a useful revelation for other Olympic venues. This text finding:1.The current situation is not optimistic about Olympic Stadium after the games, study on the utilization of beach volleyball Stadium is less and less, lack of experiences to go by. 2. Beijing Olympics beach volleyball field has found its new way, achieved certain economic benefits and a good social benefits after the game.This topic reach some conclusions as follows:1.The location of beach volleyball court not only take into account the direction of urban development, urban development patterns, urban growth rate, urban structure and other factors, but also taking into account the use of venues after the game and should be coordinated the development of the surrounding environment. The court is a traditional industrial sites in the capital-Beijing Chaoyang Park on the original site of the gas appliance factory where they stand, so that could be unified with all the theme parks in surrounding.2. The beach volleyball venue had give some available methods on thecomprehensive development and utilization, as follows:(1) give three theme parks:Ocean Beach theme park, Chaoyang plan Museum of art, and the same song HQ; (2) take part in a variety of recreations；(3) Cater for all kinds of commercial activity; (4) Free to the public.3. The beach volleyball court is still has some corresponding problems to resolve in the comprehensive development and utilization after the game, mainly in the following aspects:(1) sporting events hosted too less and failed to take full advantage of mining the core functions; (2) The policy to less support, only some guiding development planning, lacking of the specific incentives.; (3)The price of theme park ticket is too higher, the price category is unreasonable; (4) he existing infrastructure equipment of software and hardware is incomplete; (5) the development of intangible assets have not done enough and yet to be further improved.4. Give some measures to solve the problems in the comprehensive development and utilization of beach volleyball court, such as:(1) full use of the beach event resources, and organize various sports events at home and abroad actively; (2) play positive role of the government's function; (3) increase the diversity of tickets; (4) increase more entertainment services; (5) Increase the development and utilization of Olympics intangible assets; (6) use professional managers.
