Research On Venue Utilization And Development Mode The Post-national Games Period Of Dalian Sports Center

With the rapid development of sports in China,large stadiums have sprung up.Because of its large scale,complete equipment and high quality,large stadiums and gymnasiums provide effective material guarantee for the holding of sports events and the smooth development of national fitness cause.With the end of sports events,the use of the stadium after the competition has become increasingly prominent,and gradually became a major problem for the government and venue operators.In this paper,the use of literature,interviews,questionnaires,logic analysis,mathematical Statistics,field investigation and other methods of the Dalian Sports Center after the utilization of the situation investigation,and visit the venue leadership and related experts to the Sports center after the use of the situation to explore and analysis.This paper takes the present situation of sports Center as the research object,draws lessons from the operation mode of the excellent sports venues at home and abroad,combines the status quo and problems of the center,and constructs a new operation mode of the sports center,with the aim of maximizing the existing functions of the center and realizing the Sustainable development of the center.The results show that:1 Dalian Sports Center is managed by the Lingnan Sports Center Management Co.,Ltd.,which includes: performance activities,events,advertising leasing,commercial cooperation.2 Center venues are self-employed except for the rest of the stadiums.Among them,the competition is dominated by football,the difference between the other competitions is very far,the residents choose more swimming items,the other items are less,and the commercial activities are mostly concerts,exhibitions,public welfare activities and nationwide fitness activities.3 The sports center in the stadium,facilities and the status of higher satisfaction,but the center and peripheral ancillary facilities,especially traffic conditions are less satisfactory.4 The main problems after the central games are: the layout of the center project is unreasonable,the audience of the fitness group is limited,the efficiency of the marketing mode is lower,the center and the surrounding facilities can't meet the needs.5 The development of Dalian Sports Center is far from the planning goal,facilities,resources development and perfect traffic has become the main bottleneck restricting its efficient development and utilization.6 Reconstruction of the new operating mode of sports center venues will further highlight the dominance of fitness for all,the leadership of sports events,the rationality of competitive training,the center and the surrounding resources of the supportability.
