Virtual Learning Community is an important part of the education system of informational society, how to establish a scientific and rational Virtual Learning Community has become a hot issue in the distance education study. Network learning resource is an important condition for various levels of courses and selection of teachers, network course construction has been rapid development and brought the expansion of virtual learning communities. However, that cost a lot of manpower and financial resources to the actual construction of the network effect is not an ideal learning environment, a number of virtual learning communities are few visitors, no one is interested, and some not enabled. Some studies have found that many teachers use the Internet to complete the task of teaching only the move, such as publishing web tasks, curriculum and courseware; or using of network technology to spread testing or conceptual knowledge, network teaching methods are monotonous, teaching quality is not high, resulting in small number of participation is not deep, not high enthusiasm. Therefore, the motive mechanism of virtual learning community is a valuable research.The author has observed and study through Sina UC for more than a year, she found that both the number of participants and the overall management system are called is a virtual university. There is not only the dialogue between young and old, but also the extensive discussion, as well as free positive contribution of teachers and students. What is difference between the two? Therefore, in this study, the author selected tianya PS for the case, she analyzed its intuitive features, select the horizon a group member to participate in the seventh study participation for social network analysis, and select 148 themes of tianya PS forum for content analysis. It replies to analyze the interactive features of the community network. The results showed that design of learning environment, guide of study leaders, formation of a sense of community and improvement of management system are valuable for virtual learning communities, that provides a good reference. Finally, the author points out the shortcomings of this study, and propose follow-up research projects.
