With the advent of the Internet era,learning is no longer constrained by the constraints of time and space,learners can choose to study at any time and place by using the Internet.Virtual Learning Communities have also emerged as the times change in online learning.It not only provides people with a new learning platform and a space for sharing resources,but also meets the needs of people to communicate information and exchange emotions.Virtual Learning Communities Academic Help is an important way to solve learner problems at the organizational level.The quality of academic help by Virtual Learning Communities to learners will affect the learning effect of learners.This paper mainly researches the user Academic Help mechanism of Virtual Learning Communities from three aspects.First,sort out relevant literature on Virtual Learning Communities and Academic Help at home and abroad,and define related concepts such as Virtual Communities,Virtual Learning Communities,and Academic Help,and Mechanism,and then proceed to Social Constructivism Theory,Situated Cognition Theory,Distributed Cognition and Learning Community as the theoretical basis for research.Second,select Qufu Normal University to participate in the "Learning Science and Technology" Virtual Learning Communities as the interview target for interviews,extract the keywords in the interview and combine related theories to the composition of the Academic Help Mechanism for users of the Virtual Learning Communities.The elements are divided into five dimensions: Learner Characteristics,Assistant Scholar Literacy,Learning Companion,Learning Tasks,and Community Size.Then,based on the divided five dimensions,hypotheses are made and a theoretical model of the user’s Academic Help Mechanism for the Virtual Learning Communities is initially constructed.Third,referring to mature Virtual Learning Communities visit scales at home and abroad,and making a Virtual Learning Communities user academic research questionnaire based on Likert’s "five-point scale method",participating in the "Learning Science and Technology" virtual survey of Qufu Normal University.The learners of the Learning Lommunity are distributed as research objects.The recovered questionnaires are analyzed using SPSS22.0 software for reliability and descriptive analysis of the data,and AMOS23.0 is used to test and modify the model of the user’s Academic Help mechanism in the virtual learning community.Test the hypothesis by way of path.According to the standardized path coefficient value,the five dimensions of the elements can be sorted in descending order.Learning Tasks(0.945)> Learner Characteristics(0.603)>Assistant Scholar Literacy(0.290)> CommunitySize(0.137)> Learning Companion(0.117).It is concluded that,among the dimensions divided by the constituent elements of the Academic Help mechanism model for users in the Virtual Learning Communities,the Learning Task has the largest impact on the quality of Academic Help,followed by the Learner Characteristics,Assistant Scholar Literacy,community size and learning peers have an impact of Academic Help.Based on the analysis results of the data,the research is summarized,and based on the research results,reference suggestions for academic Help in the Virtual Learning Communities are proposed.The deficiencies in the research are reflected,and the research on the user Academic Help in the Virtual Learning Communities is prospected. |
