Theory And Practice Research On Folk Sports Teaching Development

According to the CPC central committee of the state council on strengthening youth sports enhance the younster health basic requirements, around the national school sports work conference spirit, this paper was wrote with the main emphasis of translating ethnic folk sports advantage into school sports education resource advantage, with the goal of fostering school physical education curriculum resources, promoting school sports education innovation, promoting the "national billionaire student sunshine sports", and balancing development of urban and rural school sports. It also aimed at changing the current situation of consecutive drops in young students' body function and stamina diathesis, improving the level of young students' physical and mental health. By using the knowledge of physical science, pedagogy, ethnology, psychology and culture, management, environmental, using the methods of literature, logical inference and experiments, this study discussed the necessity and importance of developing folk sports teaching research from national policy requirements and the demanding of society, summarized the characteristics of national folk sports from its history development, analyzed the essential way for developing different national sports and school sports teaching resources from the point of fostering school sports curriculum resources. From the point of promoting the school sports education innovation, this study summarized and analysed jumping bamboo experiment which was successfully practiced in Wenzhou Yueqing Yuying School. It discussed the effective way of transforming folk sports into school curriculum resources, explored the feasibility of reforming, teaching innovation, developing equipment and after school's sport style inventing for national and folk sports, discussed the effectiveness of folk sports at stimulating the students' interest in sport, enhancing students' physical quality, improving students' health, creating health campus, to promote folk sports' education value.Through investigation found that, Wenzhou Yueqing Yuying School has created a healthy and lively campus environment. And the youth physical quality, teachers'and students' education idea, scientific research and school influence all has been promoted. The experimental results have the following application value:it brings convenience for city and countryside school to carry out sports teaching and outside activities, improve the quality of the youth's body, it makes for carrying out the movement for millions of students in sunshine sports.According to the practical need of the folk sports development research, the recommendations are as follows:1. Establish research institution for exploitation and innovation teaching of national folk sports, carry out comprehensive work for exploitation, systemization, reform and teaching experiment, accelerate the course of national folk sports resource advantage transform to education resource advantage. 2. Universities should hand in hand with sporting goods manufacturers to establish research and development center for folk sports equipment. We are supposed to carry out national folk sports equipments'reform and design together to create a simple and convenient, safe and practical.economic and durable sports equipment that are also suitable for urban and rural schools'physical education.3. State education departments should do a good job of policy guidance for exploitation and innovation teaching of national folk sports, comprehensively supporting national folk sports exploitation and teaching innovations. The government had better organize training and promotion programs for theoretical achievement and sports manufacture in a timely manner to promote and enhance the sharing rate of national folk sports.
