With the development of the internet study, adult learners have had a stronger and stronger desire to learn this technique. We have paid much more attention to those who are still studying at school, yet not the adult learners .That this results in that they are forced to learn, not out of their own desire, leads to a low learning efficiency. Look forward the whole world, to mine their enthusiasm is the most important mission. Adult learners concentrate more on the satisfaction and the meaning of study, as well as pursuing the value of life. They learn for the center of solving problems of daily life, therefore, a kind of course whose diagnostic property should be particularly for adult learners.This essay begin with both application status of Moodle platform and research status of adult education, the result of them shows that it's much more important to developed an e-learning course about adult education .The author contrast between with the adult learners and someone who is studying at school from these aspects: learning purposes, learning skills, learning requirements, learning time, and then summary adult learners'characterize. The essay research the Education teaching theory——CLEs, the short form of Constructivist Learning Environments, and WebQuest teaching method. For the key point of designing realization, the author proposed a design patterns named the e-learning course about adult education under Moodle environment, and on this basis realized the network course——Examination of Driving Automobile.The conclusion of what work the author has done involves three parts:1. Summary adult learners'characterize. The author contrast between with the adult learners and someone who is studying at school from these aspects: learning purposes, learning skills, learning requirements, and learning time.2. Proposed a design patterns named the e-learning course about adult education under Moodle environment. The essay research the Education teaching theory——CLEs, WebQuest and PBL(Project-Based Learning) teaching method. Explorer to choose CLEs to construct the learning environment and established specific learning activities design with WebQuest teaching method. With the constructivist learning environment to design theory as the main framework analysis, including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of content; five stages Guided by WebQuest learning activities in teaching the design; with WebQuest teaching method to established specific learning activities design; with Mr. Li Jiahou's evaluation as guidance,3. To develop a complete e-learning course named Examination of Driving Automobile. With the flowchart about e-learning course of adult education under the Moodle as a guidance, with these two education teaching theory, In addition to the five stage about analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of content; the author reflect a whole operation flow on the Moodle platform. The author has concluded what he has achieved after using the Moodle platform to make it easy for teachers to design and explore the courses ,and show them a bright and clear purpose when they develop a course on the platform. In order to help the teachers how to built their own e-learning courses.
