The Study On The Causes And Countermeasures Of The Current Power Curruption In China

Power corruption is like a malignant tumor living on the body of our society inChina. Since the14th National Communist Congress, the corruption phenomenon of thepower started to present the potential of the spread, which severely affected theeconomic growth, political stability and the construction of socialist harmonious society.Therefore, the study on the power corruption still has great significant and realisticvalue. This article, comprehensively applied the theory of moral degeneration, thetheory of rent-seeking and the theory of modernization-caused corruption, thoroughlyanalyzed the underlying causes of power corruption and tabled some countermeasureproposals on prevention and cure of power corruption, taking examples by theexperience of preventing and curing power corruption in two corruption-freecountries—Singapore and Finland.Based on the view of politics, this article,consists of six chapters,studied on theproblems of power corruption in our country since the14th National CommunistCongress.Chapter One: Introduction. I briefly introduced background and purpose of theresearch and emphatically stated the study situation at home and abroad and thendemonstrated the research thinking, research methods and innovation points.Chapter Two: The illustration of the theory of current power corruption in ourcountry. I briefly illustrated the definition and properties of power corruption andemphatically introduced the theory of moral degeneration, the theory of rent-seekingand the theory of modernization-caused corruption.Chapter Three: The current situation of power corruption in our country. Using themethod of subjective measurement and objective measurements,I analyzed the currentsituation of the power corruption and emphatically analyzed the new characteristics andendangerment of current power corruption.Chapter Four: The analysis of the underlying causes of current situation in China.Chapter four and chapter six are the key parts of this article. I analyzed the roots ofpower corruption in our country in five aspects: Subjective Thoughts, Economic System,Leadership System, Oversight Mechanisms and Legal System.Chapter Five: The experience of prevention and cure of power corruption inSingapore and Finland. I analyzed measurements and precious experience that ourcountry can use as reference of the prevention and cure of power corruption inSingapore and Finland.Chapter Six: The countermeasures of preventing and curing power corruption inChina. Based on the causes of power corruption, I put forward some suggestions toprevent and cure power corruption through Founded Long-acting educated system ofanti-corruption, Completed economic system, Completed oversight mechanism andCompleted legal system.
