Research Of China’s Current Power Corruption

Political corruption has become a global political tumor, which brings a serious negativeeffect to our human society and leads to the demise of many dynasties and regimes. For thisreason, the human being began to study the problems of corruption from the very early time.Objectively speaking, though the study of corruption problems has become fruitful both athome and abroad, the corruption still happened frequently, which declares the study ofcorruption problem should be further done in depth and accuracy.In such a country with a large population, a vast territory, corruption has not beenradically solved. Instead, this kind of persistent ailment is increasing rapidly. It does not onlychallenge the authority and implement of the legal system, but also damage the socialeconomic foundation and the political basis that the humans must rely on. It does more harmto the socialist spiritual civilization, endangering ethics basis and polluting society. Whetherthe corruption problems can be contained effectively and solved properly or not, has risen tothe fundamental issue of vital importance for the party and country. It has become an overallsituation affects the rise and fall of the reform, development and stability of the whole cause.It has become the outstanding problem which influence and restrain the modernizationprocess. As for now, it has reached to the realm of the situation that must be determined tothoroughly solve. Currently, corruption and anti-corruption will more deeply reflect thecontradictions of the fundamental and system in economic society development. It will showa varied and hard competition in a wider field. And also, it will test the ingenuity anddetermination of our party and government in administrating, promoting the beneficial andabolishing the harmful. It will not minimize the possibility of corruption and promoteeconomic and social development better and faster only when we firmly and unremittinglymake efforts to deepen the anti-corruption works, and constantly improve the mechanism ofsystem in prevention and punishment of corruption.The purpose of this research is to investigate the main factors of China’s current powercorruption phenomenon by analyzing China’s power corruption performances and damages.And then it puts forward practical measures to curb power corruption.There are two innovative points presented in the paper: on one hand, in the inspection ofthe cause of corruption problems in our country, combining with the idea of faith, publicpower, institutional system, supervision and management, this article more comprehensively explored all kinds of factors which generate power corruption; On the other hand, there havebeen many corruption articles in the previous time. On the basis of the previous research, thisarticle explores more appropriate countermeasure which accords with China’s nationalconditions to deal with the specific content of China’s current power corruption.
